National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center
USCG Station Washington hosts our WHS field trips to learn about the USCG mission and the technologies that give them superior communication and maritime capabilities.
The U.S. Transportation Security Administration - Intermodal Virtual Imaging Enhancement Workshop walks our STEM attendees through a virtual training tool that trains first responders on any kind of attack on our transportation modes.
The Fairfax County Police Helicopter Division provides tactical police aviation support, aeromedical evacuation, search and rescue, and other specialized air support as needed within Fairfax County and the National Capital Region to enhance public safety and welfare. WHS field trip attendees get an intimate look at the facilities, helicopters and technologies used by police to support the public.
The United States Coast Guard is responsible for direction of numerous missions: Ports, waterways, and coastal security; Drug interdiction; Aids to navigation; Search and rescue; Living marine resources; Marine safety; Defense readiness; and Migrant interdiction. WHS field trip attendees tour the new St. Elizabeth's facility and see the technologies and people behind these important missions.
